You can make a reservation by contacting our sales team or by visiting our website. At that time, we will ask you to provide some basic information, such as your name, contact information, credit card number and expiration date, so that we can identify you and process your reservation. We will also collect additional information on our Reservation and Personal Information Form, which will assist us in planning your tour. Some of the information we may require is listed below:
Physical and Health Details: We need to obtain information about your age, gender, medical issues and dietary requirements to ensure your personal health and safety. In addition, we require emergency contact information.
Flight and Passport Details: We require your passport information in order to confirm your tour's services with the ground operators in each destination.
