Insurance

We want to make sure that you are comfortable with every aspect of your travel experience. Once your airline ticket is issued and final payment made, no refund or transfer to other tours is possible. We therefore urge you to ensure that you have adequate insurance coverage should an unexpected event beyond your control require you to cancel or interrupt your tour or travel arrangements or should the tour not be operable as per our terms and conditions. Medical coverage is mandatory on all our tours.

Worldwide Quest offers several forms of travel insurance coverage through RBC Insurance that can be purchased individually or as part of a package.

There are two ways to purchase RBC insurance with us:

1. You can get a quote and purchase your selected insurance online: Travel insurance from RBC Insurance®. Get a quote now.
   
   
2. Or you can ask us to send you a written quote and information about the different types of insurance and coverage details. When you book a trip with us, we will send you our Insurance Application Form and quotes for recommended coverage.

Please remember, it is mandatory that you have medical coverage, including emergency evacuation coverage on all our tours and Private Journeys. We also strongly recommend that you purchase cancellation and interruption insurance. Should you choose not to purchase the insurance offered by Worldwide Quest, you must provide us with the details of your own medical insurance, and a signed waiver stating that you have been offered, and declined, cancellation and interruption insurance.
